(13) What is the difference between entrance test &
regular registration?
Just
for the convenience of you the customer, we kept 2
options for getting started in Offline data entry
Job. If you are a new comer and not sure about
your accuracy than first you can give entrance test.
Entrance test have few positive points compared to
Regular registrations. Here in entrance test
you'll save 80% of your registration fees. Click
here to see entrance test fees for particular Plan.
For example if you want to join plan 1 of 15 days (
250 pages), & you would like to go with entrance
test due to any reason than instead of $40
(Regular Registration Fees) you have to pay $8
(entrance fees) by this you will save 80%
registration fees.
In
entrance test, we will give you 100 pages that you
have to complete in 5 days. If you pass the test
with an accuracy of 98%, than you'll be
automatically shifted to Plan 1 Regular job work of
250 pages every 15 days. In case, you fail the
test and not acquire an accuracy of 98% than you
won't be getting further job work. Remember
you won't be paid anything for entrance test, its
just to qualify for regular job work and to save 80%
of registration fees. You'll get entrance test
report in 5 days from the date of work submission.
If you
go for regular registration, you have to pay full
registration fees, & directly you will get paid job
work as per the plan you select.
(14) After submitting the job work when I'm
going to get next job work and payment?
Entrance Test: After submission of 100 files on or
before the 5th day, within 5 working days you will
get the report of entrance test and regular paid job
work only if you get an accuracy of 98%. For
Entrance test their won't be any payment.
Regular Job Work: After submission of Job work
within given time period as per the Plan, within 10
working days you'll get next job work and payment.
(15) What if I submit the Job work within
given time limit?
If you
submit job work within time limit for ex.15 days
work in 10 days than within 10 days from the
submission date you will get report, payment & next
job work.

Entry Job? What will be my next step?
Good.
Just fill up the registration form, select the plan
you are interested in, send it along with prescribed
payment to GIS, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. On receiving the
same we'll E-mail you, your Username, Password &
Server Link from where you can download your work
files.

After getting registered How I'm going to get my
work?
On
getting Registered, within 48hrs we'll send a server
link, you have to just click that link & using the
Username & Password supplied by us you can download
your work files in no time & Get Set Go.

When will I get my first Paid Work (actual data)?
Simple, After receiving your application , Within
24hrs we'll E-mail Your username, Password & Server
link from where you can download your work files.
You have to complete the work with in the time limit
given (refer charts ), which You have to E-mail us
on our E-mail Address which we provide you, or send
the work through cd or floppy. After that, your data
will be checked & you will be given the report
through email only & if you are eligible you will
get next work or payment.
(19) How much time will it going to take for
downloading my work files?
To
save your time, we divided your work files into
different sets, each set contains 10 files. Each Set
takes around 2 minutes to download. Start working
with set 1 & in the mean time let other files get
downloaded.
(20) What will be the format of downloadable files?
All
files will be .jpeg files, in Zip Format. Just click
the Zip files and files will be saved on your PC.
These .jpeg/.jpg can be easily open on any computer.

Can I get my work through CD?
Previously we use to send the work through CD, but
we & customer both have to face some problems like
postal & courier delay in getting work cd, CD
getting damage in transport, error in CD, Sometimes
files are not opening. So in these cases lot of time
wastage is there both for us & customer. So now we
keep files on server without any error, which
customer can download in no time. And ofcourse you
don't have to wait for post or courier, No damage to
your work files, No error. This is the reason why we
stopped sending work through CD.
(22) What If I Want to Stop the Work for few days,
Is it Possible?
Yes,
Its possible for this you've to intimate as in
advance before starting of the next Job work.
